1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse or interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
2. Consumer Insurance Assistance
INTELLEGENT Healthcare helps consumers explore health and life insurance options through insurance agents and carriers. Coverage is subject to eligibility and acceptance by the issuing insurance company. Benefits, exclusions, costs and availability depend on the applicable policy and insurer. The Company does not guarantee coverage or savings.
3. Services for Insurance Professionals
Intellegent.ai LLC provides ACA, Medicare and life insurance lead generation, digital marketing and customer acquisition, and agency growth and operational support to independent insurance agents and agencies. Lead and business service payments are not insurance premiums and do not purchase insurance coverage. Leads do not guarantee contact, appointments, sales, policy issuance, commissions or results.
4. B2B Billing, Delivery and Service Policies
Customers review the service scope, amount, campaign criteria, delivery timing and applicable terms before authorizing payment. Recurring billing must be separately disclosed and authorized. Invoices and payment receipts identify the business service and amount charged. Customers should expect the Intellegent.ai LLC billing name or its applicable abbreviation on their statements.
Lead files are delivered by email, with campaign timing ranging from immediate delivery to up to 14 days. See the Insurance Agent Services policies for the approved lead replacement, refund and cancellation terms. These B2B policies do not govern insurance premiums or cancellation of insurance coverage.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your information and for all activities that occur under your account or
consultation process.

The materials and information provided by Intellegent.ai LLC are for general informational purposes only. They do
not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellegent.ai LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
